why there is no some features like quiz factory and challenge and other features on the desktop web mode of Sololearn site.

It's because of way they created the program. In challenges when you get the question you get the answer, if they did the same thing on a computer it means you can cheat it, but they might soon add a challenge function with the Get and Post methods. Hopefully
