how do I start earning through coding just please start your answers with simple do it from home websites and projects and than move on to more complex one's like a fulltime programmer

A decent learner's way is to start by tutoring others learning to program. Write an app or other tool yourself and sell it for a nominal fee. Find another programmer who does their own projects and see if they'd be willing to pay you for helping contribute to their project. Ideally do that with someone who can teach you a bit.

Another option is to just use your coding should to optimize your current work by creating tools to make your current job easier. Eventually you should try interning somewhere to get some experience and a bit of pay.
