hard way: join w3c (w3org) working group where you can create your very own. unless you mean adding style (CSS) to a HTML document - there are so many ways, rules, tricks that the separate course (available on soloLearn) may not be enough to explain. and the group keeps working. let me know what you mean by adding specifications, I may be able to help with resources
