How long does it take to get approved submission after submitting in Quiz Factory?

I've submitted my first question on Quiz Factory. The thing is...they say its going to be verified and upon getting upvotes it might fly. How long it usually take for such a process to happen?!?.......

It can take half a day or it can take a month. But be aware that you might get it declined so it is best to send in multiple submissions.
