Andoid apps are mostly java so it would be a great place to start :) I'm 16 too and studying computer science :p

when u open app at the top right corner there is a icon to add friends click on it and enter this Mod807#1107 and at top right corner there is a arrow click it and add me friend and I will tell u how to job. server

u mean which language so I think u should choose java for creating apps I had heard JavaScript is also used to create apps but I dont know it for sire

But u know what is programming and how to code if not then go HTML first because it will be good if u go from simple to complex In HTML u will get some ideas about tags and other languages
