Q. What is the main difference between multiple comment and Documentation comments in JAVA.....???

The javadoc utility processes comments that are flagged for it (starting with /** iirc), and will do things like create links between comments, etc, if you use the correct mark-ups.

I'm still getting used to it, myself, having been away from Java when it was introduced.
