Install: XAMPP = no problems.
Install: XAMPP and you get both SQL & phpmyadmin installed and configured automatically, super easy! When it's installed, just run XAMPP, wait for it to start (might take a while, and might start in Windows taskbar, bottom right) Open XAMPP and click on the start buttons.
