In my opinion, experience is more important than certification. The cert may testify that you have some level of factual knowledge, but to a recruiter or employer, other things might be a better indicator of your skill, for example showcasing your projects, your own creations in a public repository (portfolio). There are also many other places where you can get certs, not a single universal organisation who would cover all programming languages, but certain tech companies like Google, Microsoft etc do have some exams where you can prove yourself in various technologies. Web development particularly is changing so rapidly, that certifying for this or that framework might lose its value in months. Something to read: https://www.dataquest.io/blog/JUMP_LINK__&&__python__&&__JUMP_LINK-certification/

You can add it to your CV or your LinkedIn profile, to show recruiters what you know. But to be fair, the practical value of these certs on their own is still pretty low, compared to a regular certification exam that you might do (for a fee). Sololearn only covers very basic topics, and the test questions are really not a huge burden to solve. So these certs may not reflect a high level of knowledge but they can demonstrate an attitude of learning and self-improvement, which is very important in IT.

TheOdinProject site dont have cert but will teach you advanced topics and also force you to setup workspace, use git, and do projects. It is good place to continue your learning(this site is recommended for me on one job interview I had)
