Certificate problem

My certificate was not generated properly. It doesn't contain any sololearn signatures or logo.

Go to your profile you can see that ' Hey you miss some challenges' like that if you miss the challenges maybe then you can get the certificate, and even that problem is not then email with screenshot [e-mail]

the same thing happened with me. I have completed my JavaScript course and got the option to claim certificate, but the certificate does not shows any authorization or signature, what can I do now..?
