Certificate for job

I am new in programming . I want to get a job and for this I need some programming certificate from Microsoft . what is the process ?

Basically you just need to book the exam(s) needed to get the certification. I'll include a link to the list of all their certificates.

There are some training kits available to prepare you, since there is a minimum score that you need to get.
