can any one help me on choosing which language to learn first C/C++ or Python?

Firstly, it all depends on what you want to use the language to do as each of the programming languages you mentioned above have where they excel best in. For example:
Python is best/popularly used for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning while C/C++ is popularly used for game development. And also, if you are new to programming i.e., you want to learn your first programming language.
So it's best to consider what aspect of programming you want to start with or major in before deciding.
But, my personal advice for you is to learn python first as it is relatively easy to learn and fast to use especially if you are new to programming; unlike C/C++ which has a complex syntax.
