There is no best framework or language, each have some field where they are better than other.

It all depend on project you do.
So if you plan to learn to get a job, then look what company use most (It is best to know many frameworks, but it is realy hard to master tham all).
If you work as freelancer or make your own website/aplication than do research and figure out what will be best for your project.
