Why not all of my XP points counts in the league?

Question

I'm now in the Mars league and I have noticed that since Earth league not ALL of my XP points are counts in the Leaderboard of the league.

For example, I have won a challenge and received 38 points in the MY leaderboard, total points were changed from 34013 to 34051. But! In the Earth league my points were changed from 410 to 415, I have expected changes from 410 to 448. After every next challenge win I'm still receive only 5 XP not the exact XP points.

And this is strange, because previously when I have received some points from challenge ALL of this points went to a league leaderboard. Was 215 and became 245 (when I have received 30 XP after challenge).

Anyone familiar with this? Know what to do?

They changed the number of xp you get, it is in this post:

Also, the whole XP system seems to have bugs since the change.
