What simulators? Are you maybe referring to the examples during the lessons?

If so, you do need the Pro Version, but other people have smartly suggested that you can just copy the code, then paste it into the Code Playground to get the same benefit without paying.

Also, the trial imitates the Pro version, so you will mostly have the ability to use them if you go for it.
