For blue color is the code #000099 correct or #0000FF correct?

I am asking this because i am confused with 9 and F

both give u blue color. ##000001gives u faintest of the blue(almost black) and ##0000FF gives u darkest of the blue note: the numbers are hexadecimal representation and not decimal

If you just want the pure blue just use it's html name 'blue', which is #0000ff in hex code. If you want any other one of thousands of variations of it.. try color-hex.com

Both are correct the difference between both color will be it's opacity one with 99 will be lighter color compared to one with FF 0123456789ABCDEF 0 - F = Lighter to darker shade #RRGGBB NOTE: by FF and 99 we just setting different shade of blue
