How can I make a messaging app suing html,css and JavaScript

I want to make a messaging functionality for my website but I cannot figure out how to make the message send. Can i have any suggestions

Try firebase or any apis like twilio / pubnub api ... really thera lots of different ways ( use Google )

Learn firebase. You can try to make basic apps like To do list app,calculator or just a basic website i hope this helps
