Excuse me seniors, I have a question. I want to make a file converter app on the website, but I don't know what programming language should I learn. Can you tell me what is needed to make a file converter app such as converting image formats to PDF format or vice versa. Thank you.

python is mostly a programming language which isn't gonna help you to make webpages, it's just a stupid hype that kids think it can be used for anything.

python can help you to create a local application, and that too, on console, which is what you don't want. otherwise it could be used in backend but that too usage is declining whereas JS is increasing.
