BuT WhEn POSTING A QuESTION, In THIS OnE inPUT Box - IT DoES THIS. I FEEL LiKE A HaCKERKID. LOL JUST On IOS And OnLY ON NeW QUESTIon BoX. I ReBOOTED MY IPAD AND IT STILL HAPPENS. VERY ANNOYING.

I think this is an issue only on the iPad. Good luck getting them to fix it, though. I reported this months ago and it's still an issue.
My fix might seem naive but do give it a try: try to create your question in another text editor like the inbuilt notes appplication or any text editor available and copy paste it. If the problem persists, mail sololearn.
Yeah as Mirelle said you should email them, It just appears to be the only way you could contact sl staff
I've seen some users got stuck on this, some also got negative response from people who thought it was intentionally written in ALL CAPS, as it was understood to be a form of screaming or yelling textually.
