Nurmuhammet Täjimyradow Your question is incomplete. If you ask for "the best" you have to point out your criteria which are to be taken into account in order to evaluate what is "the best". To make that clear: What car is the best? The one with the highest top speed? The one with the lowest fuel consumption? The one with the most seats? The one with the largest cruising range? The one with the most beautiful reddish colour? The one with the biggest hifi-system?

Actually it depends on you. Java is used for ANDROID DEVELOPMENT . Python is a GENERAL PURPOSE language. C++,C# are probably used for APP DEVELOPMENT.
