Well if you are choosing a programming language that you wanna learn and you have no past experience then, first of all think over and answer that what do you wanna do with programming .
Once you have an answer maybe making website, android apps or anything else.
You have to choose the language accordingly.
For example if you wanna make website start with HTML,CSS and js.
For android app development learn java or Dart
And so on...

HTML is the most important and the fundamental of whole web development.
So learn html first and then move to some advanced stuffs like MEAN or MERN stack

KALID NESREDIN yes, HTML is very basic, basic to the point that many don't even consider it as a programming language. It will be a good choice if you want to go into designing web pages.

I would recommend you start with either C or C++. They might be hard for you for some time, but once you learn them, learning any other language would be very easy. And at the same time you will also learn the basics of memory.

Hi kalid. It does not matter which it is the best popular language or the most used. It depends on the type of program you need to sell.
If you are interested in big data you can use Python, R, or if on the contrary you need an application that works in data insert, perhaps you should use Java, Html&Js&CSS.
