Which languages must I learn for web, game and apps development?

I wanna be full fledged programmar who can build web sites, web applications. Indigo game developer for PC and Apple. Also apps and game creator for mobile runs on Android and IOS. Help me do a guideline which I learn 1st, 2nd ..... so on as am a novice. Also help me find out which tool is easy and free to use for development.

For Game Development:

1.C++ (Unreal Engine)
2.C# (Unity Engine)
3.Javascript (Web Games)

For IOS Development:
