Where can I write C programming codes? Which compiler should I use?

I had looked for some app suggestion on google and I found there are various apps. I have VSC, but VSC is like for everything. Here you can write many languages. But I want an app for only C or C++. And suggest me some compilers.I have no idea at all which compiler is good for my pc(windows 10). Thanks in Advance..

"Where can I write C Programming codes?" It is better to use IDE like (Visual Studio and Code Blocks) or text editor with Syntex Highlighting like (Atom, VIM, pluma and VS Code) But you can also write codes in NOTEPAD You can use GCC or MingGW as compilers

Visual Studio is in my opinion the best IDE for C/C++ but you also need MingGW and CodeRunner.
