1. Visual Studio Code - It works out of the box.. just install it, and Booh! It works. Just install some extensions, and then enjoy the jiy of autocomplete and code-intellisense 2. Brackets - My personal favourite. No extra plugins, perfect for Web.. CSS, HTML, Javascript works out of the box.. simple, easy, light-weight. both of the above are IDE with extra features like autocomplete, live-server, syntax highlight, cross-platform. I cannot think of any other as these two are my epicenter code environments

Any text editor for the best developer is fine. With the best text editor the best developer will do great things. But Even the best text editor will not do anything for you. Try to be best developer ;)

A good text editor for mobile is called TrebEdit. It's simple, easy to use, and easy on the eye. It also has a built in viewer and you can find the source code for any website.

SublimeText is great. Auto indenting is my favorite part about any code editor. I'd suggest starting with just regular old Notepad to drill into your head standard coding conventions so you don't end up using the fancy editor as a crutch. Remember! Code editors are a luxury! You don't need them! Master the language writing manually first, then use the editors!
