If you have windows you can install virtual box u can take experience of linux in window.
Otherwise you can buy linux CD you go you nearest computer shops they will install Linux in your system.
If you want to install self you can buy CD from online flipkart or any site CD price approx 200 rs many be in shop u can get in less prices.

one of the easiest ways is by using a bootable usb. Its a usb, with your linux distro of choice on it.

a software called "etcher" can be used to easily make a bootable usb. you just need the usb and the iso file (the OS).

Then just reboot your computer and boot from the usb, (if you dont want to completly wipe windows use gparted to make a partition in your hard drive) and install the OS.

EDIT: Do Not Pay for linux. Most distros are %100 free. Just find one you like, go to its site, and download directly or through a torrent service. If you pay for it, the person you are paying is most likely scamming you.
