You can learn bootstrap from beginner level to advanced level at "w3schools" so what you have to do is to download the app or visit their website and start learning it.
Bootstrap is simple if you knw CSS already , you don't actually need any course , just go through the documentation,its very simple and they have good example codes

Bootstrap is simple It's all about you knowing the "classes" and where to call them It's just a library You can simply go to https://getbootstrap.com/ With the understanding of CSS, you will understand bootstrap It's all copy and paste 😂
Don't use bootstrap, use flex
I personally suggest just referring directly to the official documentation - https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/getting-started/introduction/ Then just experiment on your own while referring to this :) This is what worked for me!
