How to make languages ?

I know now it's little complicated but i want to know that how we can create our own languages Like.. python , html , Ruby
I know most of the people don't know this answer..

But i am curious to know i just started coding few weeks ago and i am so intrested with it now after this when i will be good enough i want to make my (own languages and tags)
Its not so easy but just tell me the way

Programming languages are not only madeup of structure or arrays

Most important parts are
: Compiler &
: Interpreter

Code we run are compiled and interpreted.
Knowing programming languages are not enough . You should have great understanding and knowledge of machine learning and digital electronics

You should write your own compiler, the code you write is processed thru compiler. But, coding a compiler is very difficult.

Computer scientist make by language you can't make make language and. And any language make by binary code
