When there is an update in the course, is there any way to know what has been changed? whether it is a new lesson or new informational content?

In most cases, new material will show as uncompleted modules. In the case of updates within already completed lessons, it may or may not display as uncompleted. However, updates to courses are very rare, as typically new material is appended at the end of each course. Pretty much just keep an eye on the learn tab for the newest material. Cheers.
