No, they are big branches of engineering in themselves and involves things that most people don't understand. Even if you are doing some programming, trying to implement some concept or doing some modelling one can guide you at the most about the things that are related to programming. You will be really lucky if someone can clear your doubts about the theory part. Internet has dedicated forums, sites for them, so you should search them at least for the theory part.

No you can't.because SL is programming-related app so you can't do that and probably you get downvote. You can find just programmers here so no one can answer to your electrical questions.
