Andy Heimer The easiest option is to make a short recording of the lessons. If necessary, you can view the records

Don't try to memorize everything but know where to look for answers. It also helps to build/share some code and ask questions. One of the best recommendations I was told a while back is "Take a break" and that is honestly the best advice, its simple, its easy and it works.

Keep in mind relatively big project. It can be anything: website; desktop app to register new visitors for hotel, motel, hostel; online+offline excel automation app for boring daily routine; ML project to predict weather ; Web scraping to compare and detect lowest and highest prices for the same item; And so on! so you will focus on learning programming totally on different mood!

First, you have to immerse yourself enough into the whole programming business. Study diligently and do practice projects consistently. Search the web when you get stuck. If this is already in place and you still want to make sure you don't forget too much: https://code.sololearn.com/W4P13u4XCmf9/?ref=app https://code.sololearn.com/cBsq5rYsIB1A/?ref=app
