Via settings.

settings ---> blocked profile ---> unblock someone's profile

1] Go to settings and then

2] there you'll find "blocked profile" in 4th option

3] click on the option and unblock those profiles you want.

Frist You Go To Settings Then Go Blocked Acc. And Unblocked Acc.

Settings---->Blocked Acc.----->Unblock Acc.
