This is usually related to the page of the website you're on. It is what appears in the tab of the browser page. Mostly for PC based browsers. In the Android version of Chrome, you'll see the title info when you view the multiple tabs by pressing the tab button.
In the lesson look at the picture and see the text in the tab that is highlighted with a box around it. See how it correlates to the text in the title tag.
