Question in HTML challenge

A question there says does all HTML elements have attributes, the answer by sololearn is true, but I dont think so because <!doctype html> does not have attributes

Yeah, I think you have to report this question, becoz it is not specifying whether, It is for HTML4 or HTML5

No! All html tags do not have attribute like </br> </hr>.

When you run your program on the browser, you have to make understand the browser that your program file is HTML file . that's why we write it

<DOCTYPE html>is use in HTML5 that's why no attribute are use in it

Doctype is not a compulsory tag that's why it doesn't have attribute....
