Do you need to learn web development if you are a programmef?

If your a programmer do you need to learn web development? I want to apply for junior programmers should i learn web development?

Many programmers go their entire career only using one language. The important thing is to love it. I suggest learning two to five here, pick your favorite, and really learn it. Python, Java, C++ are good to start with as they are popular. If you are interested in web, JavaScript is used beyond web so could also be considered. But, the course assumes you know HTML and CSS.
