Frameworks or libraries

Hello it is okay if I don't learn frameworks or libraries just. A raw code only.
So when and I code in raw what apps or games that I can develope.
Can you please suggest me a language that you can develope something without using any frameworks or libraries..
#PS I CANT SEARCH In Google because my mobile data was not good enough for searching on Google Thank You.

You can develop anything without using frameworks or library, as frameworks , Libraries are created with same raw language

Pretty much any programming language can be used without any libraries or frameworks. Just pick a language and start learning.
