Confused. HELP

for example, i am using an image in my website and that image is present in one of my folders ,after uploading my website if i delete the image in that folder will the image in my website be gone.

When you say you uploaded your website, this includes uploading all the resource (scripts, images, audio) required for the website to run. Deleting any local files on your computer (which isn't hosted on the web server) should not affect your website.
