Sleep early to wake up with energy. Exercise, take a shower and eat breakfast, then for about 1 hour do what you like, like playing games, going to social media etc. so that during the study you will not be distracted from thinking about doing these things. 😄😜 Hope it helped you! 😁
PerkZz your answer is awesome these are definitely good points to keep in mind . especially the part about the sleep and the hour of allowed free time ! I will add this all to my routine and see how it goes !
