Are there any organisations that donate laptops to people learning to coding?
I got the laptop I'm currently using was donation 2 years ago. I had just joined a bootcamp and I was so excited to get it because i was told they didn't have extra laptops for students in the program. I could'nt complete the course because the laptop specs could not handle the software requirements for the program which was for Android studio so i was unable to complete my assignments. Its been a year now and I still don't have a laptop that can do the job! I'm hoping i can get another donated laptop. I've promised myself that when I finish my program I will pay it forward by donating the laptop to someone else who has the same challenge. When i can finally afford to, I hope to donate one too. An old workhorse that has the required specs to build Android Applications for mobile is all I need. So any tips and links about organisations who donate laptop.
