What is the order in which I should learn programming?

I would gladly recommend learning C language since all modern languages are based on it. Once you've got a good grasp on C, learning other languages would be just a walk in the park.

If you just want to learn how to code and not interested in taking Programming jobs or such, you should try Python as it is very easy to learn and understand.

If you just want to know how to make websites, learn HTML. Once you learned it, you could continue in learning CSS and Javascript.
