Yes because they both have dependency and are both not the Root Segment Prince Raj

A segment that is hierarchically dependent on a segment one level up in the hierarchy is said to be the child. The segment on which it (The Child Seg) is dependent, is the Parent. The different types are like the; ROOT Segment: The entry point to the database, which has no other seg above it Dependent Segment which are, All the segments in the record except the root segment. PARENT Segment: Any segment which has a dependent segment. CHILD Segments: Any segment which is dependent on some segment above. There might be others but I named what I could and I hope it's enough.
