What are the bests web certifications?

I have searched information in SL forums, but I have not find specific information about this.

So... What are the bests web certifications for HTML, CSS and JavaScript? My focus is get a job as web designer and I didn't study a degree, so I want to take some certification by a qualified company or institution which has value to get a job.

Nucata thanks for your answer. I saw about its certification and looks serious, but I really don't know. I guess there must be other certifications, right?
