Why in my program output is wrong then expected?

I want to print the reverse of number using recursion. I store the reverse of number in variable t by calling the function by value. But when I agin call the function by value then it return the reverse of the number but this time double than the earlier. Hope you understand what I am saying..
Please help me.. . .. .
