Can I be be a pro in html in just one week? Note: I'm good in Java and know web programming basics

if you only mean html i think its possible to be pretty good in one week (if you have more time than just 10 minutes per day ;) )
But to build an fancy looking site it needs more than html, you also have to learn css and maybe javascript and php.

so to just be good in html i think its possible, to build awesome sites its not possible
