Can all these be used effectively used to make a stunning 3D game on Android platform

No because kivy is meant to do multimedia apps. It doesn't support 3D performance. But you can do a flappy bird or any other 2D games which doesn't need 3D space with it. if you are still insisting to do 3D, use godot game engine for the project.
