Need motivation, failing challenges... Any tips?

Hi there, lately I've been feeling really unmotivated to learn Javascript. It's a fun language, I've experimented around with it in simple web pages and it's been very satisfying. Unfortunately I fail every single question of every single challenge I do on this app. It's so frustrating how I cant seem to concentrate fully with the time running out and me constantly getting lost in the question. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for my situation. The course quizzes are very straightforward and easy to answer, it's the challenges wich give me an insanely hard time. Is there anywhere I can practice exercises like the ones in the challenges. Maybe a place where I can see a step by step explanation of the exercises as well? I'd really appreciate it and thank you for reading.

The challenges are applications of what you learned in the tutorial. Just after reading it, often you're not ready. Finish the tutorial and write a few web codes that center around JavaScript, that actually DO something. After you get some practice, experience and fluency, come back. Start with easy opponents, because that influences the choice of questions somewhat. Important reminder: You're generally not here to solve messy riddles - you're here to learn how to program! If it demotivates and frustrates you too much, just don't do challenges - they are not essential. Writing code is essential. Concentrate on that instead.
