at first you have to determine what you want to specialize ?
if you want to programme pc application start from c/c++

for web designe html ,css,javascript
for web programming and back-end (In my opinion) start from c/c++ then go to ruby or php or API but after Learning c/c++ you learned the basics that makes you able to learn another languages properly (in my opinion and my experience)

For web, start with html.

I would suggest you to start with python or ruby, as they both are very easy to learn. Java and JavaScript are a bit more complicated.

ABADA S C/C++ are hard for beginners to understand. And this is an issue, because if one understands how C and C++ work, then most of the other languages seem pretty easy.
