Unity and C#

Question

I'm a new developer and I'm not any where close to being a computer expert, but I want to know If unity uses a unique version of C#. In other words, are they're any hidden Unity only features, etc.

No. All C# script in Unity and in general are the same thing. Nothing new or special.

But special things like shader coding [It's not C# at all or related] are different.
