Please tell me something about WordPress and wix like platforms , is it useful for creating a website... ..?

Both wix and wordpress are used to create websites. But wix is website builder i.e you can easily create beautiful website by just dragging and dropping things. Where as wordpress is a content management system you need to know some coding.( you can do with no coding but that means no flexibility) Wix doesn't give you that flexibility but is great if you are an absolute beginner.
So I suggest you should learn wordpress.

Actually wix has many built in functions which makes easy for any one to use .
there is nothing called scope and all it's just useful for u to create u r own website without the help of any other web designer .if u have any freelance than u can creater u r own website using wix .
App is different than a web site .
Apps u have Android and iOS apps
For Android apps u have Android studio and for iOS am not sure .
