very basis of programming

i do not know anything about programming except the name programming so if anyone can suggest me something in this then it will very helpful for me
please suggest something!

You can start any basic language tutorial here, you don't need any special knowledge for it.

Some languages make 'first contact' harder than other; if you prefer to start easy and work up, I think Python is a good start.

But I'd suggest to just read into a few tutorials a few pages and see what feels most appropriate for you.
