Hi, Kidd! Webservers don't need to be necessarily created, but just configured. If you create a project in PHP, for exemple, you'll need to download, install and configure the Apache webserver server on your development or production enviroment. If we're talking about Java, the most knowfull server, currently, is the WildFly (in the past, was called JBoss). And goes on... Each language have any options of webservers to use. Me for exemple, develop using Java with WildFly 14 or 15. There's a great solution. If you're talking about release a deploy on the web, generally, the host's provider have a webserver pre-installed for the service, but you can obtain an account on any Cloud Computing Service (Amazon AWS, for exemple), create a virtual machine and install by himself the webserver that you downloaded (i used this solution). After this, you've just to paste your project on the server.
