When you click submit button, it will go to https://www.google.com... you assign in action

1)<form></form> is an element which identifies that a particular information is tobe enterwd bt the user 2)action="" is a form attributes that will contain the page url in which the form information will be send for processing. 3)method="" is also a form attribute which determines how the information will be send to the processing page.
